Very useful! It also lets you use keyboard shortcuts a lot, which can speed up your work. A 2nd free tool is Picasa, which I rave about. For instance, you can store and reuse cropping dimensions, which makes it easy to crop numerous photos to fit the title-page template we use on our elearning courses.
